The deadline for submissions falls on the 10th of the preceding month. For instance, submissions for April's mailing are due by March 10th. We regularly alternate mailing routes to reach a broad spectrum of households effectively.
- We strive for simplicity and efficiency in our process. Required from you are your logo, business name, address, phone number, website, and your special offer. We manage everything else, including design, printing, shipping, and mailing tasks. Our service is commitment-free, with no contracts involved.
- Ad space operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once filled, prospective advertisers must await the next ad submission window.
- Michigan Jumbo Postcard's 9 × 12 co-op postcard reaches 10,000 residences across your local city each month. Interested in securing ad space? Ensure your purchase falls within the development cycle, which spans from the start to the middle of the month prior to the intended mailing cycle. This timing allows for ad design, printing, and distribution preparations. Ad purchases post-development cycle are queued for the subsequent mailing opportunity in your targeted area.
- Our mailing strategy includes sending 10,000 9 x 12 co-op postcards at the month's beginning and covers at least four diverse neighborhoods around your local city.
- With no contractual obligations, you're free to opt in or out at any time, offering flexibility and peace of mind. However, it's important to note that each Michigan Jumbo Postcard carries a maximum of 20 ads (10 on each side), emphasizing business exclusivity and is distributed based on a first-come, first-served policy.
