Ever Studios Onboarding Hub
Client onboarding, service coordination and Google platform access in one Ever Studios workspace.
Client onboarding and account access, managed by Ever Studios.
Ever Studios Onboarding Hub is our client workspace at clients.theeverstudios.com. It helps our team organize client records, assigned services, onboarding steps and authorized access to the platforms used to deliver those services.

For clients
Your Ever Studios contact sends you a private onboarding link. Use that link to see the steps for your services. Website clients open our website onboarding form. SEO clients can authorize Google platform access. Google Ads onboarding is coordinated through a Zoom call, and staffing onboarding through a call with Haitam.
Why we ask you to connect Google
Google authorization lets you approve access without sharing your password with Ever Studios. Choose the Google account that administers the relevant business property, review Google’s permission request, and then select the correct property in the Hub. The Hub shows the assigned teammates and the access they will receive before you confirm the grants.
- Google Analytics: we read account and property names, identifiers and existing access records so you can select a GA4 property and grant assigned teammates access. New teammates receive Analyst access. Existing access is preserved.
- Google Search Console ownership: we use Google’s Site Verification service to list eligible verified sites and add the assigned teammates as owners. Owner access is broad and includes managing users and permissions. Existing owners are preserved.
Connections depend on your Google account permissions and the availability of the relevant Google APIs. If a connection is unavailable, contact Ever Studios for help. Business Profile, Bing and YouTube access may require separate coordination.
For the Ever Studios team
Authorized staff sign in with their Ever Studios Google Workspace accounts. Portal permissions determine which actions they can perform. Staff with a sending permission can send client outreach from their own work email address. This sending feature does not read their inbox; replies are handled in Gmail.
You stay in control
You can decline a connection or contact us to coordinate another access method. You can remove the app’s authorization in your Google Account. Access already granted to individual teammates must also be removed in the relevant Google platform; revoking the app alone does not remove those people.
For access questions, correction requests or deletion requests, email chad@theeverstudios.com. Review the Onboarding Hub Privacy Policy for details about data access, sharing, retention and deletion.
