Advertising Spot Allocation and Minimum Threshold

- Ever Studios operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Advertising spots will be reserved upon request until the minimum requirement of 70% (14 spots) is met by the reservation deadline. If this threshold is not achieved, reservations will roll over to the next mailing period. Advertisers must comply with eligibility criteria for marketing via federal distribution channels, including USPS delivery. Businesses not meeting these criteria cannot be accepted.

Reservation and Payment Terms

- Reservations are made on a commitment basis, signaling an intent to advertise and authorize full payment at Ever Studios' discretion. The deadline for making a reservation is the 15th of the month prior to the intended advertising run. Full payment will be processed by the 21st of the same month. Completing a reservation authorizes Ever Studios to automatically charge for an active ad.

Ad Submission, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

- Submitted ads are considered active upon receipt. Rejected ads will not incur a charge. Cancellations are permitted until 11:59 PM EST on the 15th of the month before the ad run (e.g., April 15th for May ads). Beyond this point, ads cannot be canceled, are deemed approved, and are subject to full payment. All sales are final, with no refunds available.

Ad Proofing and Approval

- Advertisers will receive their ads for approval at least 72 hours in advance. It is the advertiser's responsibility to review and approve their ad. Lack of response within the 72-hour window will be taken as approval, and the ad will be published as submitted. Requests for modifications must be made within this period.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

- All content submitted by advertisers is considered the property of Ever Studios for the purpose of marketing and advertising on behalf of the advertiser, as well as for Ever Studios' promotional uses. By submitting content, advertisers grant Ever Studios the right to use the content in accordance with these terms.
